Curated by the Director of Le Centquatre-Paris, José-Manuel Gonçalves, the ANOTHER TIME project is part of 'Paysages Bordeaux 2017' - a city-wide celebration to mark the arrival of the LGV high speed railway line to Bordeaux.

ANOTHER TIME celebrates the still and silent nature of sculpture. The twenty sculptures in Bordeaux look out and call upon the connections between the palpable, the perceivable and the imaginable. Sixteen works on the ground engage with the moving bodies of viewers that share a common ground. Four sculptures are at roof height. By exposing the body on the outside of a building or where the building meets the sky, they do two things: enquire into the position of the individual within the collective, but also ask, 'what is human nature in the time of the city?'
