This exhibition reflected very well the radical changes that had taken place in the years prior, and the difficulties in trying to answer such questions. The exhibition featured works of great diversity by seven artists of considerable distinction and ability, some of them who were already internationally famous, others which were less widely known. In many cases the work was created specially for its place in the exhibition in the College.
