VOYAGE AU BOUT DE LA VIE, PALAIS DES BEAUX-ARTS DE LILLE, FRANCE, 2014 - 2015

As part of the exhibition SESOSTRIS III: A LEGENDARY PHARAOH, the atrium of the Palais des Beaux-Arts displayed the work of Antony Gormley and Wolfgang Laib. Alongside these contemporary works was a photographic exhibition of excavations in Egypt in the nineteenth century.
The remaining exhibition featured more than 250 works from the collection of the University of Lille 3, complemented by loans from institutions such as the Louvre, Paris; the British Museum, London; the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; the Museum of Fine Arts Boston and the National Museum in Khartoum.
