FRAMERS, 2009 - 2018
The FRAMER works use architectural volumes to describe and extend the body.
Deconstructing and abstracting the volumes of the BLOCKERS, the FRAMERS are constructed from nesting and stacking space-frames, which are based on masses discovered within the total body volume.
The volumes derive from within the body zone but can also be extended in three axes. The work is made from 8 mm steel and given a black patina.
